Terms of Service

Last updated 23 October 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms are an agreement between Wykmor Technology FZE LLC (“Watchtower”, “we”) and the security company (the “Customer”) that has agreed to use Watchtower under an order form, invitation or other arrangement. They also apply to everyone the Customer allows to use the service (administrators, supervisors and guards: “Users”).

There is no public sign-up. Every account is created by invitation, by us or by the Customer’s administrators. By accepting an invitation or signing in, the Customer and its Users agree to these Terms.

2. The service

Watchtower is workforce-management software for security companies: an admin portal (app.watchtower.ae) and a mobile app for guards and supervisors, covering scheduling, attendance with a location check at clock-in, patrol checkpoints and incident reporting. We may improve or change features over time, and will give reasonable notice of a change that materially reduces something the Customer relies on.

3. Accounts and access

  • The Customer is responsible for the information it provides and for its Users following these Terms.
  • Passwords and PINs must not be shared. The Customer is responsible for activity on its Users’ accounts, except where we caused it.
  • The Customer must remove access promptly for anyone who should no longer have it, for example a guard who has left.
  • We may suspend an account we reasonably believe is compromised or misused, and will tell the Customer promptly.

4. Acceptable use

You must not, and must not allow anyone else to:

  • try to reach another Customer’s data or accounts;
  • probe the service for weaknesses other than through responsible disclosure to security@watchtower.ae;
  • reverse-engineer the service, except where the law gives you that right;
  • use the service to break the law or to store unlawful content;
  • resell the service or give it to anyone outside your own organisation, unless we have agreed.

5. Customer data

  • As between us, the Customer owns the data it and its Users put into Watchtower (“Customer Data”): staff records, shifts, attendance, patrol and incident records, photos.
  • We use Customer Data only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy and, where one is signed, a data processing agreement.
  • On request, or when the agreement ends, we will make Customer Data available for export and delete it within 90 days, except where the law requires us to keep something.
  • We do not use Customer Data to train AI models and we share it only with the sub-processors listed in the Privacy Policy.

6. Fees, trials and term

  • Paid plans. Fees, billing and payment terms, including cancellation and any refunds, are set out in the Customer’s order form, which forms part of this agreement.
  • Trials and pilots. Where we provide the service free for a limited period, it is provided “as is” and either party may end the trial at any time by giving notice.
  • The agreement starts when the Customer’s account is set up and continues until it is ended under section 9.

7. Availability and support

We aim to keep the service running and will give notice of planned maintenance where we can. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. The mobile app records clock-ins and incident reports while a phone has no signal and sends them when it reconnects, but it needs a connection to do so. Help is available by email at support@watchtower.ae.

8. Our intellectual property

We keep all rights in the Watchtower software, branding and documentation. The Customer gets the right to use the service as described here, and nothing more. We may use feedback the Customer gives us without restriction.

9. Ending the agreement

  • Either party may end the agreement by giving 30 days’ notice, or immediately if the other commits a serious breach that is not fixed within 14 days of being told.
  • We may suspend access immediately if we reasonably believe continued access is a security risk to other Customers or to the service.
  • When the agreement ends, the Customer’s right to use the service ends, and Customer Data is handled as set out in section 5.

10. Liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it running and accurate, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and to the extent the law allows we exclude all warranties that are not set out in these Terms.

To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business or goodwill, and each party’s total liability arising from the agreement in any 12-month period is limited to the fees the Customer paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. For material changes we will give the Customer 30 days’ notice before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means accepting the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Ajman and, where they apply, the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Ajman have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
